Delivery & returns

Delivery

• We deliver to all seven emirates.
• Standard delivery is AED 15 for ready-made products and fabrics.
• Delivery is free on orders over AED 250.
• Cash on delivery carries an additional AED 10 collection charge.
• Delivery time depends on the designer's processing time and your emirate. The estimate is shown on every product page and again at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track any order from Track your order using your order number and the email or mobile you ordered with.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within the return window shown on each product page.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging.
• If a return is due to a fault on our side or the designer's, we cover return shipping. For a change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Items that cannot be returned

Used, worn, altered or damaged products; hygiene-sensitive products; customised products; and any product marked non-returnable on its product page.

Exchanges

Where a designer supports exchanges, the exchange window is shown on the product page. Request one from your order in My account.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where supported. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation any time before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, the return policy applies.
