The agreement

These terms apply to every order placed on tsamym.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT. Delivery charges and any cash-on-delivery collection fee are shown separately before you confirm your order.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is authorised, or — for cash on delivery — once we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where the price was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you are refunded in full.

Availability

Stock is held per designer. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the courier, the weather or circumstances outside our control do not entitle you to cancel a dispatched order outside the return policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
